This is my first book by Tarryn Fisher and it’s definitely NOT going to be my last!! I was hooked from the blurb and hoped the book was as good as the blurb and it totally was. 

Thursday loves her husband Seth. But their marriage isn’t conventional and isn’t for everyone. Seth is married to Thursday and two other women. Yes, they’re in a plural marriage. Only Thursday doesn’t know Seth’s other wives. She doesn’t know anything about them other then they all share Seth. She doesn’t even know their names. They’re referred as “Monday” and “Tuesday” and Thursday’s OK with it. Or so she thought. 

When Thursday sees a paper for a Dr’s appointment in Seth’s pocket for a “Hannah” she wonders is that Tuesday’s real name. Thursday decides to do a drive-by to get a glimpse of what she looks like. Even though that’s totally against Seth’s rules she figures what he doesn’t know won’t hurt him.

Once I opened my kindle I couldn’t put it down until I finished! I legit couldn’t figure out what was going to happen next or what was real or who/what was fake or lying. 

I’ve always loved thrillers and suspense books. It’s why Stephen King has always been one of my favorite authors for as long as I can remember. I’ve been reading a lot of romance and fantasy/paranormal books for awhile now. So getting a chance to read this book was such a great treat. I’ve forgotten how much I love this genre and that I need to start reading it more often.

Yes yes yes. A thousand yes’s!!!!!! I’ve been wanting Rosie and Kade’s story since the beginning of The Hope Trilogy. When I finished Wrecked & Reckless I had no nails left!!! If you haven’t read that then don’t read this bc it’s not a standalone. 

Wrecked & Restless was all Rosie’s story. How she became this tiny badass spitfire who got involved with Big and The Sacred Sinners MC. Now, Kade and Rosie’s story begins. 

Rosie’s been on her own for years now. She doesn’t even have a house of her own to lay her head down at night. Now Big has her guarding Kat and her girls until the threats against them are gone. If that wasn’t bad enough there’s Kade her HBB AKA the dark prince. Whenever he’s near her Rosie starts feeling things she has either haven’t felt in forever or have never felt before.  

Kade is the younger of the Knox brothers. His dad knows everything that’s been done to him. Kade told his bro once but he laughed Kade off. It’s best if he never knows anyway. 

Kade has a beast living inside of him. He keeps him caged up but once in awhile the beast beats against the cage. He needs a release. Playing with knives usually tames the beast for awhile. The minute Kade laid eyes on Rosie she belonged to him. His dark swan.

There was so much more that went on behind Kat’s back in The Hope Trilogy than even I thought. Shoot even Kade was left outta things lol. One thing I loved learning was Kade and Rosie’s Late Night meetings in the woods. 

Rosie became broken later on in life after she lost her son then husband and ran into a monster. Kade met his monster the day he was born. His mother! But, that’s all I’m saying. 

I knew Kade had my heart  five books ago. But, after really, really learning who Kade is he has gotten deep. He gave himself to Rosie. No holds barred. Told her things he didn’t tell anybody. And, he didn’t ask or expect anything from her until she was ready. 

Rosie had turned her emotions, heart and feelings off a long time ago. Even though Johnny told her to move on, find love and live. Even though those words replayed in her head she couldn’t figure out a way to do it. Then Kade walked into her life. Every feeling and emotion she turned off suddenly started twitching little by little. 

These two will never ever be your conventional couple. Rosie’s mission to save women always will be her first priority. But, now she has a Robin to her Batman. He is the only guy that never fought her, instead he let her take the lead and he had her six. They’re amazing. 

Lemme just say Big and Kade had me ugly crying at the end!!! Big definitely owe her and woah did he outdo himself. But, his letter!!! I was ugly crying. I’m hoping this isn’t the last of Kade and Rosie that we see.

I absolutely loved both Repo and Kennedy. They’re perfect together. Kennedy is so so so strong for both herself and her sister. She was also great for Repo.  She understood him and everything he went thru inside his head and didn’t say out loud. Repo man oh man!!! He’s the perfect first man to show in the newest charter of amazing MC men!! He might not of thought highly of himself but he really was bad ass. 

Addison Jane has created this MC world that nobody else could ever compare too. I love how  these bikers respect women. Even the club girls. They don’t look down on them, they provide them with shelter, work, pay for them to go to school, protect them. 

Even though this was the Phoenix chapters first book everybody from Huntsman’s MC, Optimums and his guys. I want more from all 3 charters and I’ve been hoping we get more from Kit’s charter. Yes, I’m greedy!!! It’s all Addison’s fault though lol

Man oh man. The Kings Of Texas are back. This time we’re following Kemp into the dirty depths of Mexico and dealing with human trafficking. 

We pick up where Whiskey & You left off. Kemp just saved Navy from being kidnapped. Navy’s his best friend JJ’s girlfriend but she’s become like a sister to him. Kemp tried saving another girl he finds out her name was Rose and she’s been friends with Navy since childhood. 

Kemp can’t get Rose out of his head. Kemp plans on taking down the guy responsible for hurting Navy and for his abuse on the women. Kemp heads to Mexico with some help of a local MC. 

Kemp isn’t the same funny, easy going guy he was in book one. He’s hit a deep, dark place. Kemp spends his time gathering info and screwing every women he can. Kemp knows they’re nasty dirty but he does it anyway. 

Until he met Charlie and everything changed.  Charlie’s in Mexico for the same reason. She was dating the guy Kemp is looking for. When she found out what he was into Charlie left and he got revenge by kidnapping her sister. She’s the only family Charlie has left and she won’t go down without getting her sister back. 

These two do not start off a good foot. Nope! It starts with her trying to put a bullet in between Kemp’s eyes. Yup. It’s like that!!! 

But, the more time these two spend together they realize that they have in common. Kemp promises to take down the guy and save Rose and get Charlie her sister back. If only things were that easy. 

Even though this is a darker book and might have triggers for some people. I really liked it. My heart broke for Charlie from beginning to the end of this book. I’m glad she got her HEA with Kemp, I just wish she didn’t have to go thru everything she did. 

Kemp definitely has a place on my top book boyfriends list!! His relationship with Belle is no joke one of the best parts of both books!!! And, his momma is one of my favs too. Kemp is either super dark or super goofball. I’ll take him either way. 

There’s dirt embedded under my nails. My skin is coated in sweat and my clothes are filthy. I’ve slept very little while cracking the code of the southern cartel and Jordan’s family. I’ve found the people he’s crossed and am building a master plan to bring down all of his loved ones.

Emerald eyes and swirling raven hair haunt my sleep when it comes. Rose. Her slender arm sliding through my grasp and me not being able to save her will always and forever be my demon. Hell, I don’t know her from a stranger on the street. All I do know is she’s being held against her will.
