BLURB

I know what it’s like to have your heart split down the middle.
One-half chases her. The other half chases after the lies, deceit, and betrayal.
It’s a burning ball of hell.
Seconds, minutes, hours, and years all spent endured the depth of my own burning inferno.
All of it runs together while life passes me by.
Thirteen years ago, the woman I was in love with left me standing at the altar.
Hurt.
Broken.
Humiliated.
Some say thirteen is a lucky number.
Me? I curse the number.
Now she’s back.
Reminding me.
Torturing me.
She says things are not what they seem.
That they weren't then either.
Do I believe her?
Do I forgive?
Forget?
Time and truth will tell.

✯5 Tyson Bright Stars!!!

If you read Riddick and Jude, the first two books in this series then you are ahead of the game. This is a standalone and you won't be lost if you didn't read the first two. Even though I read them I was so unprepared for Tyson and Lynne.

Tyson and Lynne were high school sweethearts. They were lonely, unpopular and unloved . Then they met and they were finally happy and loved. When the were graduating Tyson was going to enlist. They were planning on getting married. But, on their wedding day only Tyson showed up for it.

Years later a new neighbor moves next door to Riddick, Jude and the girls. They later found out who she was. Tyson disappears for awhile until he was ready to face the situation.

Lynne has loved Tyson since she layed eyes on him. Right before their wedding day, she gets devastating news. Her evil parents convince her Tyson won't stand by her and  to leave him.She gets married to a guy she doesn't love. Lynne's back to being lonely and unloved. She's never stopped loving Tyson. She came back for him.

Tyson was crushed when Lynne left him without a word. Then, she got married and he became dead inside. He took it out on the people closest to him. Riddick, Jude, Dane have never asked him what happened.

Tyson's past has fast forwarded to his present. Tyson realizes he must face it. When Tyson learns the truth and I mean the whole truth, everything changes. His insides the parts that got all hard. They're starting to crumble and he's starting to feel things he hasn't in awhile. But, before he can give into them Tyson plans on going after the people who took it away. Lynne must also face and stand up to the people who've took everything away from her. She'll learn things she never knew. They have a huge battle ahead of them.

Tyson finally tell the guys in. They open their arms and hearts  to him for finally opening up to them. They're a family and they stand behind him. Lynne was alone. Then Maggie, Cora, Vivian and their mother entered her life.Tyson's family opened their hearts and lives to her.

Tyson and Lynne's story was a tear jerker. They had so much against them from such an early age. It broke my heart. It would be a great idea to read the first two books. It would be good if you knew Riddick & Cora story as well as Jude & Vivian's story.

Kathy Coopmans has such a beautiful way of writing. She makes me feel everything from crying to laughing to pissed the next. She's one author I'll buy without needing to read the synopsis. I can't wait for the next book in this series.

TRAILER

Excerpt

My insides shake as she walks out with a warm breeze only to be replaced by the freezing chills and the ice cold stare of Jude. He shuts the door behind him, stands firmly in place and stares me down.
“That intimidating look may work well on the criminals you pick up; I assure you, Jude, it will not work on me. Now, what can I help you with?” Yes, I know that Tyson and his friends are cops. I know everything there is to know about him. He left as planned for the Army shortly after I left him. He’s a womanizer. Sleeps around, drinks and gets into fights. He’s angry, bitter and out of control and it all reflects back on me. I’ve studied the symptoms of a broken person. I’m one myself.
I know very little about his time at war. I’m sure some of his anger stems from there. I feared for his life every day. Kept up with the news and terror weighed on my shoulders every second he was deployed. I’m so proud of him for what he’s done with his life. Coming from a young kid with the odds of turning into a criminal stacked against him to a man of honor. A soldier turned cop. I couldn’t ask for a better man than him.
I still haven’t been able to let him go. The man I left lives in the tattered mess of my heart, and I never stopped praying our lives would have been different, that fate wouldn’t have snuck up on me and kicked my feet right out from under me. Stole our chance at happiness. I’ve loved Tyson since the first day I laid my eyes on him. Through time and therapy, I thought I would be able to stop loving him. That there was no way, love could be this strong that months, years and a decade later it would still linger. The precious memories I kept locked away swarmed to the forefront of my mind the minute I saw him again. Stolen kisses, bodies tangled together. Our hearts so full of promises to one another. I broke them all. Broke him. Broke me. I’m here to fix it. Somehow.
I remain calm matching Jude’s gaze while every cell in my body is a quivering mess. My stomach shifts uneasily and sweat breaks out at the nape of my neck. But, I will not falter or allow him to see that his presence is terrifying me.
“When Tyson first told me it was you I didn’t want to believe it. I prayed for you to disappear, to crawl back under your rock and stay the hell away from him. Now after seeing what this is doing to him. I’ve changed my mind. Before I get into why I think you owe me an explanation as to what your plans are, I want you to know I’m standing here not trying to intimidate you. I’m here to tell you if your reasons are not legit. I will fucking destroy you.” Good luck. You can’t destroy something that’s already broken.

✯Tour Review✯Duke Of Manhattan by Louise Bay

Duke of Manhattan by Louise Bay Release Date: May 16th Genre: Contemporary Romance

Duke of Manhattan, an all-new contemporary romance by Louise Bay is now LIVE!!!

DukeofManhattan.Ebook
I was born into British aristocracy, but I’ve made my fortune in Manhattan. New York is now my kingdom.
Back in Britain my family are fighting over who’s the next Duke of Fairfax. The rules say it’s me--if I’m married. It’s not a trade-off worth making. I could never limit myself to just one woman.
Or so I thought until my world is turned upside down. Now, the only way I can save the empire I built is to inherit the title I’ve never wanted -- so I need a wife.
To take my mind off business I need a night that’s all pleasure. I need to bury myself in a stranger.
The skim of Scarlett King’s hair over my body as she bends over . . .
The scrape of her nails across my chest as she screams my name . . .
The bite of her teeth on my shoulder just as we both reach the edge . . .
It all helps me forget.
I just didn’t bargain on finding my one night stand across the boardroom table the next day.
She might be my latest conquest but I have a feeling Scarlett King might just conquer me.
A sexy, standalone romance.

✯5 Ryder Intense Stars!!!

Oh man.. Louise Bay writes stories that usually revolve around very successful, wealthy, sexy, caring, over the top alpha men. Who  usually from England. Man I legit hear the English accent and it makes my insides tingle lol.

Ryder Westbury is the grandson to the Duke of Fairfax. Ryder has never had interest on becoming the Duke after his grandfather passes away. Ryder has moved to New York and opened his own business. He's made a fortune doing it. Ryder plays by his own rules.

Scarlett King had gotten divorced. She needed to prove to herself that everything her ex said was not true. Scarlett moved and with her best friend opened up a fragrance business. It has skyrocketed. But,  her personal  has not. Her friend keeps telling her to get on the  horse.

When Ryder's grandfather falls and hurts himself things change dramatically for him. In his grandfathers (the Duke) will when he passes away the title goes to the oldest married grandson. Ryder wouldn't care, but his cousin Frederick is an evil S.O.B and will screw both Ryder and his sister.

Ryder knows he must get married if he wants to keep everything and make his grandfather happy. He wants Ryder taking his place, not Frederick.

When Scarlett and Ryder meet the sparks are off the chart. Scarlett is in desperate need to find an investor to save her business. Ryder can see that Scarlett is as driven as he is. Their chemistry is off the charts. Ryder comes up with a plan. They get married. His cousin will believe it and he'll get to keep everything. He'll help Scarlett keep her company. Should be easy.

These two are perfect for each other. Their chemistry was so up and over the charts its unreal! For strangers they really understood each other and made sure to be there for each other. Their unexpected meeting was the best thing for them both personally and professionally. I can not wait for Louise's next 5 star read!

Reid and Holly’s worlds collide with the diabolical force of The Order, and Ivan’s cold-blooded plot. Together, they must fight for their lives while learning to trust their hearts.

Reid rubbed his eyes and wandered into the kitchen. He assembled milk and chocolate mix to make hot cocoa as he stared out into the dark. The snow fell in heavy cascades of white and he concluded he would be digging out from at least a foot by morning. He shivered and jogged over to the new thermostat, punching up the temperature. Although he rented the old house, the elderly gentlemen owner allowed him to make a few modifications. A new heater and air conditioner had been a must, and Reid especially appreciated the upgrades on cold mornings and blistering afternoons.
As he made his way back to the kitchen, a knock sounded on the front door. He glanced at his watch. Ten in the evening. Who could this be? Angling his head, he squinted through the peephole. He didn't recognize the person at the door. He sighed and took another peek. Red coat with a large hood. What are the chances Little Red Riding Hood stood outside his door? Reid stiffened and pulled open the door. “Can I help you?”
A hand covered in a black glove emblazoned with skulls and crossbones pushed back the hood. Not quite the vision he had in mind of an innocent young girl on her way to grandmother’s house.
The hood crumbled down, revealing a young girl about sixteen. With intense blue eyes she stared at him.
Wind whipped snow slapped Reid’s face but he gaze remained on the girl. Something about her scratched his mind.
The girl blinked several times and pulled at her quivering lip. “You tried to kill my mother.”
