✯Release Review✯Something Worth Saving by Mayra Statham

Synopsis
They had it all.
Or so they thought.
A fairytale kind of romance that started with a girl and a boy falling head over heels in love.
This isn’t that part of the story. This is what happens after the happily ever after. After careers blossom, babies, stretch marks, and carpools.
Nadia is lost. As much as she loves her life, she hardly recognizes the reflection in the mirror. All she sees is his wife, their mom.
Owen works hard. Somewhere between his career and life, working to provide everything possible for his girls, he lost track of what was important.
After one too many broken promises, cold shoulders, and nonexistent attempts at trying to work on ‘them’, she is ready for her life to change. When she does, he wakes up and realizes his own mistakes.
Do Owen and Nadia have something worth saving?

✯✯5 Worthy Stars!!!✯✯

I love it when I find out that Mayra has finished writing another book. It has taken me a few days to come up with the right words for the review. I wanted to do it justice.

Something Worth Saving isn't another fairytale story or your typical romance book. This could be someone's life. Couples go through hard patches in their relationships. Sometimes people give up and move on separately, together and miserable. Or they fight for what's in front of them. That's what Owen and Nadia's story is about.

Falling in love at the very beginning of freshman year of college had been easy. Years later they've got beautiful twin girls. Owen's a successful plastic surgeon. And, Nadia's a stay at home mother. The problem is they're stuck in the same routine day in and out. With Owen spending longer and longer at the hospital everyday, Nadia is missing her husband. Feels she needs to take the girls to their vacation house for the summer. Give both her and Owen some time to think about what to do next.

Except, Owen was blind. Didn't see what was in front of him. Just thinking about loosing his three girls makes him sick. He can't breathe without them. When his boss comes to him and explains to him she was where he is now. He can't believe it. Owen starts thinking and he can't believe the place they're In or when they even got there. Owen will not loose his family. He's coming up with a plan and sticking to it.

Mayra did an absolute amazing job with Owen and Nadia story. It could be anybody's life at some point in their relationship. It was so believable and not too much or exaggerated. This is a beautiful story of a beautiful couple and family. Great job Mayra!! Can't wait for her next story.
