 ✯5 Filthy Stars!!!

I knew when I finished Dirty Bastard that I needed the next book immediately. But, man I was so unprepared for what I was getting into. This book can definitely have some triggers for some people. I luckily don't have any.

We start off at the part where Brew & Crank kidnapped Trix & Addy and we go from there. Getting their POV of what happened great. Watching them fall for each other was even more great. Until Brew wants Addy to stay and she tells him no. It's obvious there's more to the story Addy is telling both Brew & Trix. Trix talks Brew into going after her and sees something he's not prepared for. It's not until Trix, Boz and Brew sit down to talk that Brew figures most of it out. And, it's his worst nightmare coming back. Luckily for him he has Boz and his brothers at his back. Because, the last time this happened his family didn't have his back and he spent years in juvie then prison.

Everyone who looks at Addy thinks she got the perfect life and the perfect family. But, it's far from perfect. Addy and her older sister Alex have been tortured and abused by their parents for as long as they can remember. If Alex didn't heart surgery the two of them would've been long gone. Now, their plans are once Alex delivers her son and gets her surgery they're running away. Until Brew stepped into Addy's life.

Brew's family threw him away that awful night and never looked back. But, an unlikely source sent him to the Grim Bastards. Now, he has a family. But, deep down Brew is missing something. When he laid his eyes on the tiny red head his life was never the same. But, when he found out what she'd been going thru he made it his mission to save her and show her what it's like to be loved and safe.

Brew Addy's knight wearing a shining MC cut. He had his demons. But, I feel his brothers in the MC rescued and saved him. Their conversations had me dying with laughter. Then, there were times when no words needed to be passed btwn them to know what was needed. It was great. The way he knew what Addy needed and how to deal with it, was beautiful.

Addy was extremely strong. The things she'd done to protect the one closest to her was both beautiful and stupid. I'm so glad Brew and the guys got there before something seriously happened. Addy was completely herself when she was kidnapped and around Brew. These two met under crazy circumstances. They lived different lifestyles. But, they come from the same life. They're absolutely beautiful together. And, man oh man are they also hot!! Phew! I had to fan myself off a bunch and then grab tissues the next.

This is considered a standalone. But, I will not recommend this to my friends to read this first. And, I won't do it to someone I don't know Def read book one first! I am really looking forward to Smoke's story next.
