This is my first book by Kendall Ryan. It won't be my last either. This is your typical friends to lovers story. Except the main hottie Cannon is a Dr. Yeah, I imagined him as mine a few maybe 100's of times while reading this.
Cannon has 2 months left before he finishes his residency. Cannon must choose what field he's going to choose and where. That should be the hardest thing he's got going on.
Unfortunately for Cannon its not. The latest fling doesn't understand that when Cannon says he wants nothing serious he means. When she breaks into his apartment and destroys everything he gets kicked outta his apartment. His sister talks to her best friend who agrees to let him stay the 2 months. He should be happy she's letting him stay. Except Cannon has had a crush on her since well forever. Unfortunately for Cannon she only looked at him as her best friends geeky little brother. Cannon knew it was gunna be hard being near her. But, when Paige opened the door his heart stopped.

But, both have reasons why they're afraid to take next step. One is Cannon's sister Allie. I read this book in two sittings. Cannon was the perfect hot, sexy friend, brother, son and Dr. I loved Paige as well. I'm alway hard on the women in the books I read. But, her I really liked. I just wish their friendship to more then friends didn't go that fast. It was too fast for me. I also wish one of them wouldn't let Allie rule their relationship if they felt that strongly. Other then that it was a nice quick read.
