I’m bowing down to Holly Renee with her latest release. I was hooked from the blurb and mad when I finished bc I didn’t want it to end. 

Maddy is starting college. She had her own plan on where she wanted to go and what she wanted to major in. Except her parents let her know she’ll be cut off if that’s what she wants. 

There’s only one bright spot about her going to this college. Her best friend Theo. Theo definitely friend zoned her and she hates it bc she’s in love with him. They tell each other everything. He’s there to support her when her parents get on her and Maddy is there for him when his dad drinks. As long as she has Theo she knows she can deal with anything. 

The first night Maddy sleeps over at Theo’s since he lives in the frat house. When Maddy runs into a brick wall AKA Easton, Theo’s frat brother everything changed. She instantly felt things she’s never felt in all the years she’s loved Theo. Maddy knew Easton was trouble, she just wasn’t prepared for how much. 

When Maddy learns she has to partner up with the TA for her class she can’t see, think or breathe. Easton. Figures. The one guy who makes her feel things she’s never felt before and he’s Theo’s frat brother and her TA. Talk about a double edged sword and that totally makes him off limits. 

Too bad the more time she spends with Easton the more blurred the lines are getting between them. Plus she feels she can’t Theo her feelings for Easton. Easton and Maddy have sparks, electricity and amazing chemistry that gets stronger whenever they’re together. Except they can’t cross that line or Easton could loose everything. And, Maddy knows she’d loose both Theo and Easton and she can’t think of a life without them. 

Omg I love this book!!! I wasn’t a huge fan of Theo ESP at the end.  I just didn’t like how he didn’t want Maddy and yet he didn’t want anybody else to want her. Easton I was in love with from the instant she ran into him. He was such a great guy. Easton really loved Maddy. If he didn’t have so much to loose school wise he definitely would’ve let everybody know she was his. 


I can’t wait for the next book Holly Renee releases. I’m gonna need her to hurry up with her writing lol.

Justice is the daughter of Cain and Calla who're just two of the top dogs of the Diamond Empire. She knows all about her mob family. Justice doesn't want any part of it. She loves her family, but she's embarrassed. Justice loves Liam and wants the best for him. She knows he's going to go far in the NFL like his dad. Which is why she must leave him. She doesn't want her connection to the mob bring him down. Justice loves Liam so much that she's willing to walk away from him before her baggage brings him down.

I legit couldn’t put this down. Not only did I fall for Liam and Justice. But, Baylor, State, Cain, Calla and Roan are all there grown up and all protective bad ass parents protecting their kids.  And, Rowe’s here grown as well. She’s still the shining light in everyone’s lives. 

I’m looking forward to Alex’s story bc he went through a lot. He did things he told himself he never would. Even though it was to save someone he loves. It messed him up. And, Justice will do anything to get her cousin back.

 This is my first book that I've read from this author. She made me fall hard for a guy who didn't speak. I can't wait to read another book from her.

 Jasmine doesn't know anything about MMA. But, when her best friend drags her to watch Cameron "K-O" Jackson her entire world changes. The man is undefeated, dangerous and doesn't speak a word. Not that he can't. He just doesn't and nobody knows why. When he summons for her after his win they don't get off on the right foot. He doesn't know she's not a groupie. But, she lets him know quick she isn't and leaves.

 When he shows up at her house she's in shock. Even though he doesn't speak they quickly figure out how to communicate.  

 Jasmine is in pre-med school and takes her studies very seriously. Even though she doesn't want anything to get in the way of her studies she can't help but love spending time with Cameron. 

 Cameron as well makes sure to not let anything get in the way of his training and matches. He has a strict regiment and he doesn't stray from it. He makes sure that just because he refuses to talk doesn't mean everyday he doesn't let Jasmine know how much she means to him. And, even when he over does it she never takes advantage of his love and generosity. 

 What Cameron and Jasmine had was a beautiful thing. I found myself laughing at the things Jasmine came up with to make talk with Cameron. And, for a guy who didn't speak, OMG did he have a way of making it known. He was one fine, hot man who will make you hot. Numerous times. I'm soooo glad I took my friends recommendation and one-clicked this book. Page after page were scorching hot!!

 Rie Warren has gotten me hooked again! I fell in love with Rafe and Peyton in Million Baller Baby and been waiting not so patiently for Brooks story. 

 Brooklyn "Brooks" Holt is the tight end for the Carolina Crush.  He's divorced and for now he's playing the field. He doesn't get attached or stay more then a night. But, when Delaney "Laney" Jones whose on the Carolina Cougars shows up.

 The more time Brooks sends around Laney the more he realizes he wants her and not just for the night. But, she shuts him down every time he tries.Brooks just needs to get her on one date. He'll show her true southern hospitality at its best.

 Delaney "Laney" Jones loves playing football for the Carolina Cougars. She loves being on the field at half time playing. Delaney knows of Brook's reputation and she wants no part of it. Even though she's as attracted to him as he is to her, she can't do it. Her past is never that far behind her. Delaney is afraid it'll pop back up into her present at any time. Its why she won't give in and say yes to Brooks. But, it is getting harder everyday.

 I absolutely loved this story. Brooks really is the perfect guy. He might have a bad reputation and after his divorce I didn't blame him for not being in a relationship so soon. Delany I loved! She's different than most the woman I've read this year. She is not  a cheerleader or all girly. Delaney is a bad-ass football player and she stood up for herself. 

 Rie Warren is one of my favorite authors. I know when I start one of her books nothing will get done or watched unit I finish. She brings you the hottest, finest, sexiest and funniest men and women. It doesn't matter if they're together or if they're with their friends. I'm so involved in the story. I can not wait for book 3 of this series and whatever Rie writes next.   
Brooklyn Holt was concerned about me, but to be honest? I could not wait to get my hands all over him. The moment he’d stepped into the living room and I saw his reflection in the windows, I knew I had to have him.
