✯Release Review✯Private Player (The Player Series #2) by Louise Bay

Release Date: July 27

The first time I meet Madison Shore, I’m greeted by her knickers. She’s upside down and trying to untangle herself from my chair at a wedding.

I get to see a whole lot more of her later that night.

The second time I meet Madison Shore is in my London office. Turns out she’s a journalist writing an article about me. To keep control of my company, I need to convince people I’m more serious about business than my playboy reputation suggests. Madison holds my future in her hands.

Now I just need to convince the woman I took to bed on Saturday night that I'm not the player everyone thinks I am.

Private Player is stand-alone novel with brand new characters that have never been seen in any previous books.

✯✯4 Nathan Filled Stars!!!✯✯

I’m such a huge Louise Bay fan. I don’t have to know anything about her books to put it on TBR list and Private Player was no different.

Madison and Nathan hate weddings but here they are. But, when they’re seated next to each other and start talking they don’t mind. One thing leads to another and they spend an amazingly hot night together with no strings attached. They go their separate way’s. Not expecting to see each other again.

Ever since Nathan’s company went public the board doesn’t like Nathan’s image to the public. ESP since he was photographed out with his friend’s wife. They want him to clean up his image.

Nathan agreed to let somebody come and follow him around and get to know the real Nathan Cove and not the playboy they’ve read about in the tabloids. When in walks Madison, Nathan knows having the woman he just slept with write an article about him NOT being a playboy could go very wrong.

Madison’s trying to get a permanent job at The Post. She’s trying to prove she’s not her mother but she’s her own journalist.

Madison Shore wasn’t expecting to walk into work to find out she’d be shadowing Nathan.  ESP since one of the reason’s his reputation is where it is Bc of her mother.

Madison decides not to tell him who her mother is just yet. Instead they decide to keep their night to themselves and instead do what they have to in order to secure their own jobs.

The more time they spend together the harder it is to stay in the line’s they’ve laid out.

I really really liked Nathan! He was a man that knew what he wanted and wasn’t afraid to let you know it. The way he looked after his family and friends. He’s loyal down to his bones. Even if he got hurt it in the end. He always did what he thought was right.

As much as I liked Madison, I wanted more from her. I felt she didn’t give as much to Nathan as he did her.

I’m super excited that there’s more coming from the Cove family. I fell for Nathan’s parents and his brother’s. I’m really looking forward to seeing them.
